Returns & Refunds

100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your Mello purchase, you have 100 days from receiving your order to request a return — whether your item has been used or unused. No hassle, no small print.

To start a return, contact us at hello@mellorelief.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Bundled Items & Free Gifts

Any free gifts or promotional items included with your order are non-returnable. If a refund is approved on a bundled order, the refund amount will reflect the value of items being returned only.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@mellorelief.com
